Advice on how to lose weight

If you're overweight, losing weight has many health benefits. Making small, simple changes to what and how much you are eating and drinking can really help you lose the pounds.

In many instances  we can refer free one to one support from the Kirklees Wellness Scheme - just contact us for details. Where there are underlying clinical conditions, your GP may decide it is appropriate to refer you to the Dietician Service provided by the Tolson Primary Care Network.
