On Thursday 20th September during Fresher's Week we are holding a flu drop-in clinic.  We will not be holding normal clinics on this evening.

Please note the clinic is only for patients between 18 & 64 years of age who are at risk, due to an existing medical condition.  The flu drop-in clinic will be running from 5.30 - 8pm.  No appointment is necessary.

999 and A&E Departments are for life threatening emergencies. For everything else call 111 for free, 24/7. Trained staff can give you immediate health advice and direct you to the right care in your area. Choose well and help ease the pressure on NHS services this winter!

Have You Had Your Meningitis ACWY Vaccine Before Coming To University?

YES - If the answer is YES brilliant, the vaccine will protect you against some of the most common causes of bacterial meningitis in the UK. (You still need to register with us as you never know when you might need us). 

NO - If the answer is NO, you need to get it NOW! Please come to the health centre to register and if you are under the age of 25 ask for your Meningitis ACWY vaccine. 

Make sure you know the signs and symptoms of Meningitis and Septicaemia as vaccines don't protect you against all types! For more information visit: https://www.meningitisnow.org/

Depression Questionnaire

This easy to use patient questionnaire has been validated for use in Primary Care.

It is used by your doctor to monitor the severity of depression and response to treatment.

It can also be used to make a tentative diagnosis of depression.

If you think you have symptoms of depression please complete the questionnaire below and submit it to us. We will contact you in due course.

Please note that there may be a delay in our response with regards to when the Health Centre is open. If you feel you require urgent care when the Health Centre is closed please call the NHS urgent care line on 111. All calls to this number are free.
